The Package Shippers Association (formerly Parcel Shipper Association) (“PSA”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors and members. PSA may retain any information submitted to it through this website, whether such information is submitted directly through the website passively or by direct user entry. The PSA website allows users to provide PSA with their names, email addresses, business addresses, and phone numbers. The PSA website does not collect any other user-input information. The purpose of collecting this information is to contact and register prospective members to the PSA and respond to user questions. The users’ act of inputting their email address and/or phone numbers constitutes consent to PSA to call or email the user regarding membership or other information. Personally, identifiable information may include your name, email address, company name, phone number, physical address and other information that specifically identifies you.

Right to Opt Out of Newsletters

Users can decide to no longer receive the PSA newsletters by notifying PSA of their desire to have their email address removed from the list. Such notice shall be provided to PSA by email at the following email address: allison@packageshippers.com.

In order to ensure that the information we maintain is accurate, PSA gives users the option to change or modify their information previously provided. If you would like to change your information currently in our database, please contact us. PSA is not responsible for updating information contained in third party lists or databases.
