USPS NOTICE OF CHANGES IN RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS OF GENERAL APPLICABILITY FOR COMPETITIVE PRODUCTS

Pursuant to 39 C.F.R. §§ 3035.102 and 3035.104, the United States PostalService hereby gives notice of changes in rates and classifications of general applicability for competitive products. In accordance with Rule 3035.102(b) and Rule3035.104(b), this Notice provides the Governors’ Decision establishing the changes, including a statement of explanation and justification, and certification of the vote. The new prices and classification changes will take effect on July 9, 2023.
